It’s our goal to always ship your full order. We will always contact you before shipping to let you know if your order cannot be shipped in full. Please contact us if you are missing an item in your order via our contact page.
Un-opened bag of beans can be returned for exchange within 3 days of receiving the beans. Unopened bewing gears can be returned for refund within 15 days of receiving. Customers are reponsible for returning the item in original condition.
Please contact us with your order number and we can try to accomodate your request. We freshly roast coffee and do not store roasted beans on shelves so request may not be possible.
Please double check conditions and limitations of the coupon. For example, welcome coupon can only be used once on your first order and limited to coffee beans. Please contact us if you feel something is wrong with your coupon or discount code.
Deliveries within GTA are deliveryed using “Shippie”. Please contact shippie directly if you have an issue with your delivery. Outside GTA orders are shipped via Canada Post.
We do not keep roasted beans in storage or bags. We fresh roast beans and ship so please add 2-3 days for roasting and packaging plus 2 days for local delivery and upto 5-7 days for deliveries outside Toronto.
Pacels left on your property are your reponsibility. Our delivery company will do it’s best to notify you once it’s left at your property. You will be reponsible for retreiving it in timely manner. Please file police report and make sure to notify us on next order not to leave your parcel at your door so we can use alternative method.
