The Firm originates from the highlands of Rwanda’s North Rulindo region, known for producing some of the country’s most distinctive coffees. Grown at over 1700+ meters, this Red Bourbon variety delivers a crisp, vibrant cup with bold tasting notes of sumac and citrus.
Inspired by our recent journey through Jordan and Lebanon, the interplay of these flavors captures the region’s rich, spice-forward character, with a zesty brightness that balances each sip. This is a very aromatic and smooth coffee with subtle sweetness and slight acidic finish, reminiscent of the cardamon and na’na found in coffees and teas within the region.
